2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84030 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66© of the I.T. Act (Added vide order dated 17.02.2024)

4. The following order was passed on 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84030 of 2023:- Heard learned cousnel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No. 652 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75531 of 2024(3) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 419,420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is a cyber fraud and caught on the spot. There is recovery of Rs. 6 lacs, 4 ATM cards and two mobiles from possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since25.08.2023.

5. Considering the fact that huge recovery has been made from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

5. The S.H.O. Patrakar Nagar Police Station has appeared and assisted this Court and has pointed out that the petitioner is involved in the crime, seven ATM cards have been recovered and huge transaction have been done.

6. In these circumstances, this petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.
