At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits, by referring to the supplementary counter affidavit filed in the present case that the encroachment in question has now stood removed, hence, the present writ

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.
