Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 49658 of 2016 (Annexure-1). Petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charge has been framed in the case on 06.05.2017 (Annexure-3). Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2016.
