JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Beur P. S. Case No. 243 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation of assault by rod on the head of the informant, causing injury to him and allegation against other accused also of assault to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,
