2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., motorcycle of the informant was stolen by some unknown miscreants.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No stolen motorcycle has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation and he has been made accused only on suspicion.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering backdrop of the case and nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P. S. Case No. 246 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
