JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order whereby the court below has cancelled the bail granted to the petitioner, during the pendency of the application the petitioner has already been arrested and, hence, the application has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
