The petitioners seek bail in Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 444 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 409, and 420/34 Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 1.7. 2018.

It would be apparent from the written report that no money has been received by the petitioners.

The allegation against these petitioners is that they have disclosed the name of Arvind Kumar Singh and these petitioners showed one land to the informant in Gola Road

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53032 of 2018(4) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 and thereafter informant entered into an agreement with the land owner, namely, Purushottam Kumar. It is alleged in the written report that informant has paid money to Arvind Kumar Singh as well as the land owner, namely Purushottam Kumar by cheque as well as through cash as described in detail in written report. In this manner, no money has been received by the petitioners from the informant. The agreement for sale has been entered into between the informant and the land owner. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM XVII, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 444 of 2017 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
