Patna High Court MJC No.3112 of 2023(4) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 compliance of the peremptory order dated 20.10.2022.

3. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is allowed and the connected case bearing Civil Misc. No. 234 of 2018 is restored to its original file subject to condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 3,000/- as cost in the Patna High Court Legal Services Authority and compliance of the aforesaid peremptory order within two weeks.
