JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant causing injury to him.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and further there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries sustained by the informant was found simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S.
