The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of his case for promotion in terms of Rule-7 of the Promotion Rules, 2011. Without going into the factual issue, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents namely, District Education Officer and District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda, Biharsharif to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Rule 7 of 2011 of promotion rule and take final decision within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that respondents have to work
