"1. (i) For directing the respondent (3) and (4) to release grant for the Sessions 2009-2011, academic Sessions 2010-2012, academic Sessions 2011-2013, academic Sessions 2012-2014, academic Sessions 2014-2016, pending." The petitioner has alternative remedy to raise his grievance under Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Rules, which the petitioner may avail.
Considering the nature of the grievance and in view of the pleadings, since there is a dispute over the release of fund,
Patna High Court CWJC No.10653 of 2017(3) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 the Court expects that if the petitioner approaches the authority within three weeks from today, disposal of the application shall be expedited by the Pradhikar.
