Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2018.

Prosecution case is that 270 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the 'Auto'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
