ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the account of the petitioner has been defreezed and therefore the cause in the present writ petition does not survive. Further, the learned counsel has stated that the petitioner has been put to undue mental harassment due to the freezing of the account by the bank at the behest of the Cyber Crime Police.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission

Patna High Court CWJC No.18846 of 2025(3) dt.22-01-2026 2/2 to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail the alternative remedies as available to him under the law if he has any grievance against the respondent Bank or the Cyber Crime Police.

3. Permission is granted.

4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
