The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Imran Khan. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
