2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 307/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/413/414/420/467/468/472/ of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(ii)/35 Arms Act.

3. The petitioner was caught with a countrymade pistol while planning a loot. He is accused in 7 more similar and serious cases. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2023.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. This application is
