1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellant submitted that present appeal has been filed inadvertently before Single Bench as prayer is for enhancement of sentence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, which may go up to life imprisonment.

2. In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to convert this Criminal Appeal (SJ) 4928 of 2023 as to list it before Division Bench of this court, which deals with such business.

3. Accordingly, aforesaid conversion be made

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4928 of 2023(3) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 preferably within four weeks' by taking all necessary steps by learned counsel for the appellant, so as matter be listed before Division Bench of this Court.

4. Hence, present criminal appeal in view of aforesaid conversion, stands disposed of.
