The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. As per F.I.R., the petitioner is said to be the mother of Sonu Kumar. The victim girl is said to have left with Sonu Kumar. There was love affair between the two. The petitioner is a lady.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 15, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. case No.171 of 2019.
