2. The petitioner has retired from a teaching post under Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. He is seeking direction to the respondents to pay to him, a sum of Rs.8,20,444/- against arrears of difference of salary due from 01.10.1990 to 31.12.2011. The petitioner has also sought for a direction for payment of interest for delayed payment.
3. There is apparent delay on the part of the petitioner in approaching this Court for the relief which he is seeking. However, considering the nature of relief as sought for, this application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No. 2
Patna High Court CWJC No.21318 of 2019 dt.25-11-2019 2/2 and 3 to ensure that the petitioner is paid his admitted dues within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, to be presented by the petitioner along with a fresh representation.
