JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 6/ 07-12-2018 This application has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 27.11.2018 by which petitioner has been granted bail in Pakridayal P.S. Case No.174 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari, inadvertently, Section 4 of the POCSO Act has not been mentioned. Further, last line of 4th paragraph of the order, age of the victim assessed by the Court below has been mentioned as '29 years', instead of '21 years'.

In view such, 2nd paragraph of the order dated 27.11.2018 is modified to the extent that 'Section 4 of the POCSO Act' be also read along with other sections of the Indian

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53679 of 2018(6) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 Penal Code. Further, in the last line of 4th paragraph of the order, age of the victim assessed by the Court below be read as "21 years" in place of '29 years'.

The order dated 27.11.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
