In this case, the petitioner was appointed as City Manager on contract basis in the year 2010, from time to time, the period was extended, at the same time, it has been brought to the notice that the Government has constituted One Man Committee of Sri Ashok Kumar Chaudhary, Ex-Chief Secretary to examine the issue of regularization of contract employees employed by the State, whereupon, the Department of the petitioner has submitted its comment. As has been stated that Sri Ashok Kumar Chaudhary, Ex-Chief Secretary has submitted its report, it is expected that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11496 of 2017 dt.09-08-2018 2/2 Government will examine the report of the Ex-Chief Secretary and will take a decision within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not giving any opinion for appointment of City Manager as per advertisement.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
