2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have killed his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation, independent witnesses have stated that the deceased was in relationship with one Angad @ Dukhi Chouhan and she was seen going with Angad @ Dukhi Chouhan in the agriculture field and thereafter the dead body of the deceased was found. Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2024. The petitioner has been arrested from his house and Angad @ Dukhi Chouhan has not been arrested yet. There is no material against

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024.
