JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 18-06-2018 We have perused the impugned order dated 27.01.2016 passed by the learned single Judge and the direction given therein. In that background, the reason so provided in the limitation petition, which is I.A. No. 6825 of 2017, in preferring an appeal against the said order after a year and a half, is neither cogent nor valid or satisfactory for which indulgence can be shown to the State.

Limitation petition is dismissed and as a consequence thereof appeal is also dismissed.
