The present interlocutory application has been filed for condonation of delay in preferring the present appeal.

2. Two grounds have been given in the interlocutory application for the delay:- (i) The wife of the appellant was suffering from dengue. No medical paper has been filed showing that his wife was suffering from dengue.

(ii) Delay in the supply of the certified copy of the impugned order.

3. This second ground is also not convincing. Even

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4824 of 2024(6) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 if the period between the filing of the application for certified copy and receipt thereof is deducted, from the period of limitation, it is time barred. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands rejected.

4. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed.
