ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019 in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.739 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 401, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only recovery from the petitioner is of one knife and one mobile belonging to the present petitioner. It is further submitted that because the mother of the present petitioner had filed a case previously on 17.06.2019 that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, the present case has been lodged on him.
