Learned counsel for the modification petitioners submits that the present applications have now become infructuous in view of the fact that the time prayed for therein has since lapsed and also because subsequent thereto, review applications have been preferred against the order, which is sought to be extended.

In view of the submissions advanced, the present applications are rendered infructuous and thus dismissed as infructuous.
