The petitioner has renewed his prayer for regular bail in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.1062 of 2017 registered for an offence under the Arms Act.
It appears that the other co-accused has been allowed bail by the court below considering the fact that no fire arm was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2017 having clean antecedent. The police have submitted chargesheet and cognizance has already been taken. The learned APP opposed the submission.
Considering the length of the custody and the fact that he has clean antecedent, the prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53637 of 2018 (3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.1062 of 2017.
