2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dehri (T) PS Case No. 932 of 2019 dated 31-12-2019, instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
3. The allegation is of recovery of 60 litres country made liquor from the brick kiln of Sanjay Singh.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that the FIR has been lodged against Sanjay Singh and 4-5 unknown accused persons. During investigation, in the supervision note of the Dy.S.P., the involvement of the petitioner was found in the instant case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75256 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 merely on the basis of written application filed by the brother of Sanjay Singh, after four years of the alleged occurrence. It is submitted that petitioner has no concern with the said brick kiln or the said seized country made liquor. The petitioner is neither a worker of the said brick kiln nor owner of the said brick kiln. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.1, Rohtas at Sasaram, in Dehri(T) PS Case No. 932 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
