This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58451 of 2021, whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order. Having considered the submissions of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bonds by order dated 24.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58451 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
