Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 30.02.2016 whereby and whereunder the District Programme Officer has passed the order against the petitioner in Appeal No.01 of 2016. Let the petitioner should exhaust alternative remedy by way of filing Appeal before appropriate Forum, as the order of the District Programme Officer is appealable.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11776 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 entertain the petition and disposed of the same with a liberty that the petitioner can challenge the order before the appropriate Forum.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
