The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 354(A)(B) (C) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner attempted to commit rape upon the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner and informant are next door neighbours and due to dispute between the parties over a path way (jkLrk), this false and concocted case has been lodged. During investigation, the F.I.R. named witnesses have not supported the prosecution case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.74751 of 2022(4) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 489 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
