The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 127/2017.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 72 litres of Nepali Sophi liquor.

Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further, the petitioner has

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 127/2017, subject to conditions that one of the bailors should be relative of the petitioner and another having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court below.
