Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2441-C of 2015 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 417, 363, 466 and 498 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is that co-accused Bullu Devi had sold wife of the complainant to the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was love affair between the petitioner and the lady and as such her father and mother had taken her and moreover impugned order shows that cognizance has been taken on the basis of S.A. and even statement has not been signed by the Presiding Officer.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2441-C of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
