1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the salary due to the petitioner has been paid. However, learned counsel submits that now the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Assistant Professor which he has challenged in the appeal under Section 9(4) of the Bihar State Universities Act and the same is pending before the Chancellor.

3. Let the petitioner pursue his remedy before the Chancellor. Insofar as the claim of the petitioner, regarding salary in the present case, is concerned, the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed as infructuous.
