This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for restoration of Criminal Misc. No.41291 of 2019, which stood rejected on 12.07.2019, due to non-compliance of the Court's peremptory order dated 05.07.2019 and was ordered to be deemed to be dismissed in its entirety vide order dated 06.08.2019 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84260 of 2019(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Court's peremptory order dated 05.07.2019, after the expiry of the stipulated period, has already been complied with. For the reasons mentioned in this application, Criminal Misc. No.41291 of 2019 is restored to its original file and number, subject to verification of the compliance of the Court's peremptory order dated 05.07.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.41291 of 2019.
