2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 &35 of Arms Act and Sections 8 & 20(B)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the has been rejected vide order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82745 of 2024.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2024.

5. From the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner was involved in a gang which did business of charas and other illegal substances and as per the report of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73033 of 2025(3) dt.11-02-2026 2/2 learned trial judge, it appears that the trial judge is trying to frame charge against the petitioner and other co-accused but is unable to do so because of one Sunil Kumar. Petitioner has 19 criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforementioned facts, there is no ground of review, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
