JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 6.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 60334 of 2018 with observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge has been framed in this case and he is in custody for more than one and a half years.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Gopalganj, in connection with S. Trial No. 2023 of 2019, arising out of Vijayipur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 on the condition that
