In the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking relief for regularization in service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same issue has already been looked into by the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 506 of 2014 by which the matter was remanded back to Learned Single Judge of this Court and Learned Single Judge has disposed of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12216 of 2017 (3) dt.01-10-2018 2 /2 writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 5614 of 2013, wherein direction has been given to consider the case in terms of circular dated 29.06.2011 issued by Department of General Administration and also in terms of order dated 09.02.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11798 of 2011. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above.
