The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No.03/14 arising out of Jhajha P.S.Case No.45 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 1.4 kg. Ganja.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even recovery is believed it is less than the commercial quantity and the petitioner is in custody since 26.3.2018. The charge has already been framed in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.50147 of 2018 (3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with N.D.P.S.Case No.03 of 2014 arising out of Jhajha P.S.case no.45 of 2014 with condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of the trial as and when required otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
