JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 12-12-2019 The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent-authorities to release Swift Desire car, bearing Registration No. WB06A-6351, which has been seized in connection with Daudnagar Police Station Case No. 140 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner has not disputed the fact that though he has purchased the car in question, but the registration document has not been transferred in his name.
In the circumstances, we are unable to entertain this

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to prefer fresh application after the registration of the vehicle in question gets transferred in his name.
