The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 106 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a),36,41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for grant is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders in the Court below, the Court below will consider the bail application of the petitioner including the fact that similar situated person has granted anticipatory bail.
