2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2022 . 3 . It is alleged that 45 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the seized vehicle of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Chargesheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Judge II (Excise Act ), Darbhanga in connection with LNMU P. S. Case No. 113 of 2025 .
