JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghosi P. S. Case No. 315 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against petitioner no.1 that he thrashed the informant on the ground and tried to outrage her modesty on the point of pistol. So far petitioner no.2, there is allegation of assault by rod to the Gotini of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact, as the informant was taking naked wire from the field of the petitioners, as such, the scuffle took place. There was no intention of causing any serious injury to the informant. They have falsely been implicated in this case,

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge, 1st, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi P.
