JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Petitioner has been arrested merely on confessional statement recorded by the police. Petitioner is in custody since 20.6.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
