2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 351(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. She further submits that though the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with lathi but there is no injury on the victim.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the six criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
