The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 445 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1657 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 24.08.2019.

No.65951 of 2019(2) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 445 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1657 of 2018).
