2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S.Case No.143 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 427, 504 and 302 of the IPC.

3. It appears that on account of land dispute altogether 19 accused persons thrashed and assaulted the father of the informant resultantly the father of the informant died in hospital on the same day. Out of aforesaid 19 accused persons, four accused persons, namely, Bindeshwari Yadav, Shambhu Sharan Yadav, Sumit Yadav and Sonu Yadav have been allowed bail by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43865 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 the Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in Bail Petition No.507 of 2017 on 22.06.2017. The case of these petitioners stands on similar footing. The petitioners are in custody since 19.07.2017 petitioners having clean antecedent.

4. The learned APP opposed the submission.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances the bail prayer of these petitioners is allowed. The above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Banka in Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S.Case No.143 of 2017.
