The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Although there is allegation of firing made by the petitioner but none has sustained injury. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 27.12.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75834 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Session's Judge-XIV, Begusarai, in connection with S.T. No. 233 of 2019 arising out of Naokothi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018.
