Petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.277 of 2018 instituted under Sections 30-A 35, 38 & 56 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted that petitioner, who has clean antecedents, is in custody since 12.04.2018.

It is alleged that 18.09 litres wine was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55625 of 2018 (3) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.277 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
