2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 508 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against her of having participated in the torture and killing of the deceased.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75491 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.
