The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly caused injury with garasi at the head of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the doctor has found lacerated wound simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The medical report is inconsistent with the prosecution allegation.
The doctor is not an expert of weapon hence, his opinion cannot be taken into consideration.
Considering the nature of allegation against the
